Synopsis

Crumbs on the road. Readings on books and publishing is a compilation of radio interventions by the writer, mainly within the project Interline. Publishing Culture, led by the academic Sofía de la Mora Campos, which for a long time hosted UAM Radio of the Autonomous Metropolitan University. In Interline the author has the column Hypertext. Readings on the future of the book, but the readings have been given in a nowadays that in the blink of an eye has become yesteryear.

Hansel and Gretel's path of crumbs, like the one woven by Theseus, was fleeting and thorny; and now, with Migas en el camino, Camilo Ayala shows another trail made of sips and gropings, of interventions recorded in a sound booth or from a telephone in the office. Are not the transcribed texts also paths of crumbs arranged for readers to decipher them?

The present readings on the book and the edition are, then, made up of milestones of different themes that serve as signs of an inconsistent and endless path. They are stitches in transit of a son of the printing press that may be useful for someone to design other paths.
