Synopsis
The eleven chapters of this book detail how to have an impact on companies in different sectors and in specific areas of improvement, commenting by those involved in the project what the great thinkers of management, marketing, production and several more, expose and match it with the focused area of analysis.
After the description of the problem or improvement proposal to be implemented, the pertinent literature is compiled; then the methodology to be used to provide results; that, precisely that, is what we most require in the business sector in reference to the linkage with educational institutions and especially at postgraduate levels. This applied research that translates into generating more competitive conditions for the economic units is something truly valuable, since with this the entities involved obtain a value that unfolds towards the community, causing the goods or services to be offered with an added value that would not have been possible without the articulation of both spheres, the business and the academic.
